Before proposing ways and means for improvement we need to know what we need to improve. We use different needs assessment tools, such as mystery guest/call, discussions with you, and discussions with your employees, observations as well as industry specific tools to identify the gaps and to further develop the training plan.
Based on the needs assessment and using our knowledge of the best practices in the international hospitality industry the training plan is developed and sent to you for a final approval.
Depending on your employees’ time availability the training sessions can be conducted in different formats. Due to the fact that our trainings are built on active participation, role playing, team work, questions/answers, case studies, discussions and demonstrations, the number of participants is usually limited depending on the type of training.
At the end of each training we do testing in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning process as well as ask participants for written feedback.
Depending on the type of training, follow up with participants is done in a timely manner in order to assure training effectiveness and with that ensure the ROI from our trainings.
