Before proposing ways and means for improvement we need to know what we need to improve. We use different needs assessment tools, such as mystery guest/call, discussions with you, and discussions with your employees, observations as well as industry specific tools to identify the gaps and to further develop the training plan.


Based on the needs assessment and using our knowledge of the best practices in the international hospitality industry the training plan is developed and sent to you for a final approval.


Depending on your employees’ time availability the training sessions can be conducted in different formats. Due to the fact that our trainings are built on active participation, role playing, team work, questions/answers, case studies, discussions and demonstrations, the number of participants is usually limited depending on the type of training.


At the end of each training we do testing in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning process as well as ask participants for written feedback.


Depending on the type of training, follow up with participants is done in a timely manner in order to assure training effectiveness and with that ensure the ROI from our trainings.


We want to build long lasting relationships and become your partner on your way to success, which is why our services do not end with the training/development sessions. We offer continuous support and advice on how to monitor the improvement.


Founder and Managing Director

Aneta is the founder and Managing Director of SEC Hospitality Training and Consulting, which specializes in consulting and coaching for the hospitality industry. Aneta has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from ACT College in Greece and an MBA from one of the world`s top hospitality universities - Cesar Ritz University in Switzerland. Aneta is a certified hospitality trainer (CHT, AHLEI) and is also an accredited trainer for team development with Belbin Team Roles.

Aneta has 12 years of operational experience in hotels and restaurants across seven different countries (USA, Switzerland, India, Russia, Turkey, Greece and Macedonia). She has worked for international brands including Hyatt hotels, Corinthia hotels, Carlson-Rezidor hotel group and many individual projects.

She specializes in the following topics: performance management, service excellence training and team development. She is teaching an Introduction to Hospitality Management course for the Master's Program at Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

Aneta is the founder of HTI ( Hospitality Training Institute) on-line educational platform for hospitality indusrty. Specializing on individual development courses prepared by working professionals in hospitality indusrty.

Aneta is a popular speaker at different hospitality events (ICON, MITT Hotel Summit, HIF Events, Hotel Business Forum, Hotel Expo PIR, Hospitality Round Tables, Hospitality Students Seminars) Also, she is on the Honorary Jury Board of the Russian Hospitality Awards. She is also the founder of the “Ladies in Hospitality HR” Club and co-orginezer of HoReCa Carrer Day.

Executive assistant

In October Valeria Limanskaya joined the team of SEC Hospitality Training & Consulting. Valeria has a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics with the knowledge of foreign languages, and now is getting her Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism at Higher School of Economics. Valeria has experience of working as the Teaching Assistant of “Service Operations Management” discipline, successful experience of participating in international exhibitions such as MITT (Moscow International Travel and Tourism Exhibition) and MIOGE (Moscow International Oil & Gas Exhibition), and also volunteering experience in MAKS - International Aviation and Space Salon.

Business trainer and expert

Business trainer and expert of SEC Hospitality Training and Consulting, which specializes in consulting and couching for the hospitality industry. Tamara has a Bachelor degree in hospitality management and additional education for professional development Training courses of Operational Improvement the hotels «Marriott», learning the international standards of service «Institute of Hospitality». She has 14 years experience in the hospitality industry, worked her way from line employee to manager of the departments. Including experience of the Hotel pre-opening during which main focus was to set up the Training system and to support management of the Hotel with the building of strong Team. Tamara occupied such positions in hotels, as the Front Office Manager of «Heliopark Empire», the Front and Sales Manager of «The Mandarin Residence Hotel», Head of Hotel Services department of «Aminevskaya Hotel». Has successful experience in conducting trainings for management and line staff.


Sales and business development trainer

Benoît Kuborn is a specialist in Training and Consulting in the Service Industry. Benoît has a degree in Marketing & Management & he has worldwide experience in Business Development, Hotel Sales and Promotion in different countries, including Luxembourg, Tunisia, Slovenia, Chad, Pakistan, Ukraine. Benoît was the General Manager of a five star boutique hotel affiliated to the Leading Hotels of the World, which has repeatedly reached excellent quality scores. In 2013 he founded the company Kuborn & Partners in Luxembourg, which provides training and consulting services in the Hospitality Industry. At the moment, Benoît is a lecturer at a Business School near Paris. He regularly participates at international exhibitions, forums and other events in the Service Industry.

SPA Trainer

Elena is an international expert in the Spa industry, wellness & business coach, psychologist with experience over 18 years. Elena has a degree from Moscow State Institute of Foreign Languages M. Toreza, and University of Marxism-Leninism as Social Psychology Specialist, in School of Aesthetic Cosmetology as cosmetologist, in the Institute for Advanced Training of Consulting psychologists. Elena is actively involved in teaching: conducting English courses at People's Friendship University of Russia, author and trainer of the courses "Spa Etiquette", "Spa business from A to Z", programs focused on communication in the Spa industry, including sessions in the "Universal Wellness Training Center" and conduct the program "Management in the health and beauty industry" in SUM. Elena is the author of over 100 publications in journals and large number of professional literature. One of Elena’s projects include the first Russian female wellness club and Spa "Rara Avis", school of therapeutic and aesthetic care and consulting projects in Russian Spa Industry. Elena is the founder and president of the nonprofit organization "Spa & Wellness International Council" (SWIC). Main purpose of this organization is development of standards in Russian Spa Industry as well as support of the specialists in this sector of the business. In addition, Elena is the CEO of consulting company "Spa priori". Elena is taking part as well as she is an organizer of many events in the Spa and wellness industry, including International Congress «Spa & Beauty», International Fitness Convention MIOFF, Global Spa and Wellness Summit and many others.

Hospitality business coach

Galina Anokhina is an expert and professional business coach in the restaurant and hospitality industry with experience over 18 years in the best hotels and restaurants. She graduated from the Moscow University of Foreign Languages and International Relations. Galina is a certified trainer of Le Meridien brand and Luxury Collection brand (Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc). She also advanced her professional skills in the best Starwood hotels in Vienna, Rome, Paris, Athens, Munich. She has a successful experience in the development and implementation of corporate standards of service, staff policy of enterprises in the hospitality industry, Galina is also the author of the development of effective methods for improving the efficiency of the company through the comprehensive trainings. Galina is the author of various publications about high-quality service and effective training of employees. Galina regularly conducts trainings on topics: Effective Manager, Service Recovery, How to increase guest loyalty, how to improve service recovery procedures, how to create a consistent guest experience across the brand and provide tools to track and measure performance, Effective communication, Team building, Cultural differences of our guests, Effective Manager (Modern business technology of hotel management), SOPs for the staff in the restaurant/ hotel, Sales /Upselling in the restaurant, Achieving stable quality of service in the restaurant/hotel, formulation of business processes for pre - opening hotels and restaurants. Training programs are designed in blocks and with post-training support to achieve high quality results.

Hospitality business trainer

Alena – Trainer in Hospitality Industry with operational experience over 6 years in Russia, USA and Canada. Including experience of the Hotel pre-opening during which main focus was to set up the Training system and to support management of the Hotel with the building of strong Team. Alena has a degree as a specialist in Human Resources Management (ENGECON -Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics). Also she is certified Trainer in Sheraton Brand (Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.). Alena conduct Training sessions on regular basis such as: Service Culture, Complain Handling, Up Sell, Time and Stress Management, Telephone etiquette, Chinese culture. Also she organizes Team building and various Team events, focused on motivation of the employees and maintenance of the corporate culture.
